One thing does give me pause . . . I am a take-charge, planner-type person. I think I tried to explain that to you last night. I know you are not confrontational. But it is important that you voice your oppositions forthrightly when you have them. And it is important to me that you take the lead on ideas or possibilities just as frequently as I do. I think you will find that I don’t have to have my way (all the time!) and that I welcome alternate ideas/possibilities and that any disagreement we have can be amiably worked out. What I desire most is an ultimate respect and deference for the other concurrent with a humble strength and confidence in ourselves.
