Dear Mark:

                I'm exhausted, but I can't sleep. I'm not hungry (extremely unusual) and I'm losing weight. I get in the car to drive to the store and look up and I've missed my turn. What's wrong with me?? I need to see a doctor - not any doctor . . . there's only one in the world who can fix me up (although he might make things worse! But I'll risk that.) Shall I call your secretary, Dr. Stewart, to make an appointment?
