Dad’s surgery is scheduled for about 9:00 tomorrow morning. Your prayers will be such a comfort. I have put it all in His hands, but I hope He can forgive my tears and hurt. The enormity of Dad’s suffering has been weighing on me tonight. He is so tired and discouraged. I am hurting for him so much. Oh dear . . . what a price we must pay for the privilege of living!
