Description
21" x 28". Several months after the national tragedy of September. 11, Mark was commissioned to paint this image rich with traditional and patriotic themes. The original was inscribed "God Bless America, George Bush, 41st President, USA". Proceeds from the auctioned sale of the original painting were donated to the Gladney Center, an adoption home and agency in Ft. Worth, Texas. Mark borrowed the title from a book he had recently read by the same name about a church in Brooklyn, NY, which came alive with God's spirit through prayer, confession and humility.
The giclee format is an advanced printing process on acid-free paper that can more closely achieve the tone and color scale of the original watercolor painting. Limited edition of 250. Signed and numbered in pencil by the artist and carefully packed and shipped with a certificate of authenticity in a durable 4-ply shipping tube. Expect a 2-3 week delivery. |
