| With all the major elements of the composition in place and working successfully, I could now relax and fine tune the details. I wanted the dark foreground shadow to have more warm tones and the most remote room needed to be darkened to create a stronger sense of depth. The niche to the right of the chair, part of the actual scene, was added at this point.
